T4 Skincare
In 2013, we were approached by T4 Skincare regarding the update of their existing website. That single-site project turned into five websites and marked the beginning of a more than 10-year relationship. We have helped launch beautiful, functional websites that have driven increased sales and brand awareness. In addition to that, we've rolled out several features, such as allowing customers to submit e-signatures and enabling their network of 50+ representatives to collect and submit orders, just to name a few.

In the beginning…
We were originally approached to redesign Helena's new skincare line, T4. Around the same time, the industry was undergoing a significant transformation as mobile browsing had been steadily on the rise. We were able to create a visually stunning website that engaged customers and was just as gorgeous on mobile platforms as it was on the big screen.
Results:
- A fully responsive design that allowed for on-the-go browsing.
- At launch, we saw a 10x increase in site traffic.
- An increase in customer click-throughs to purchase options.
- The site, along with marketing efforts, increased sales and annual revenue.

H Skin gets a facelift
Having successfully rebranded and updated T4, the next project we were tasked with was H Skin Repair. After conducting market research and analyzing the audience for these products, a clear vision was formed – clean, clinically informed information was at the core of what these shoppers were inclined to trust.
With that knowledge in hand, we designed a simple, information-based website. Coupled with some amazing photography, this allowed the products to shine without all the fluff and filler. The site quickly provided the right information through pre-established bundles we put together, making it quick and easy for customers to decide between products.
Steady, Consistent Transformation
Our latest site launch for the T4 Skincare lineup is a combination of the brand's core products. This site merges H Skin Repair and T4 Skincare into one platform, offering customers a skin analysis tool to assist them in selecting the right products for their skin type.
This site came at the perfect time, as the data showed our client's audience was shifting to a younger demographic than we had previously established. This shift appears to be driven by a desire to prevent or reverse the effects of environmental damage.
One significant addition to the site was the option for customers to sign up electronically online, saving a significant amount of time and reducing the need for manual processes by sales representatives.
This, in conjunction with the incorporation of order fulfillment, helped automate several aspects of the business. Clients could now submit orders online and even choose their representative before sending the orders for processing.
Alongside the new website, we created a microsite for customers who had spent a certain amount and were eligible to receive a free e-book. We were even given the privilege of designing the e-book cover as well.
